Our team of 17 carries out BAHEP’s work day to day: business recruitment and advocacy, membership and communications, and statewide programs that reach small businesses and students across Texas. We work alongside a volunteer Board of Directors and more than 330 member organizations.

BAHEP runs the Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP), which gives Texas small businesses free technical help, and leads Texas Aerospace Scholars, a free STEM program for high school juniors.
